Huge contrast with the salesperson of another Mazda store that we visited earlier. Mike understood our needs and provided us with a lot of very useful information. He kindly offered to drive us around after I said that I was too scared to do a test drive. Stav and Laz from the Used Car Sales Department were so patient and thorough during the sales process, they answered all my questions and provided a really transparent history for the car. The after sales service is also incredible as a week after I drove home my Mazda 3, I experienced starting difficulties and Stav made the effort to come and take a look himself. He even made a couple of trips back to the dealership to get the correct cables to jumpstart my car. After he started the car, he accompanied us to the Artamon Mazda Service Centre where he then spoke with the service representative about checking the car battery and the car fobs. He did everything he could to make purchasing a used car easy and seamless and he was also very supportive when troubleshooting the problem with the car. I highly recommend Laz as well because he exceeded expectations throughout every aspect of the sales and after-sales service. My Mazda is all fixed now and I am so grateful for Stav, Laz and the used car sales team at Artarmon Mazda.
